Q. Which game(s) are you currently interested in playing with us, and do you currently have characters playing in game? If so what are their names? Which realm? Which platform? A. Currently playing black desert and applying for this game. I have 1 charater named Wyxium Vorlix on the realm Orwen. (vorlix being the family name) Q. This is the getting to know you portion of the questionnaire. Please tell us a little about yourself. (Hobbies?Family? Pets? School? Work? Any super hero or super villain abilities, nefarious schemes we should know about?) A. My name is Greg, 27 years old, I seem to have a lot of time on my hands recently so much time to play, however I'm expecting to return back to work in a month or two . I would have to say gaming is one of my only hobbies, so I can blame that fully on black desert Q. Why do you want to join OSD? What is it you are looking for in a guild? How do you think you can best help this community? How can this community best help you? A. I like the social aspect of being in a guild, just adds to the fun. In a guild I am looking for helpful and active players who also enjoy a laugh. I will contribute to the guild the most I can, whether that's helping other players, contributing to guild quests/Pvp. I'm relatively new to this game so a little help and advice on gear would be appreciated. Q - What led you to our website and ultimately to filling out this application? (Which friend? Website? In game ad? Psychic magnetism?) A. My partner Ixtrix made a forum post to find a guild that would best suit us and our play style and you guys answerd Q. What is your typical game play schedule like? Please include times and time zones. A. I live in the UK at the moment, Although I tend to stay up till the early hours of the morning. So I shouldn't miss any action Q. What is the best game you have ever played and why? A. It has to be one of the most recent games I've played, Witcher 3. The story and the adventure is what made me love it so much, and also the graphics. I'm fortunate enough to own a system to run it on ultra. Q. What platforms do you usually game on? If not just a PC, which consoles? A. Exclusively PC. Q. Tell us a little about your experience with MMOs. Which MMOs have you played and how long have you played for? A. Haha, I'm a little embarrassed to admit I started my PC gaming on Runescape about 12 years ago. From there I've been to Tera, Rift, Gw2, Archage, Secret world and Blade and soul until a week a go. Since I bought this game I don't want to play anything else Q. What is your favorite part of an MMO and why? (Leveling, PvP, raiding, community, roleplaying, crafting, achievements, exploration, etc) A. I enjoy it all and I've done it all. In black desert I'm interested in trying pvp, until now I've only seen videos. I haven't reached 45 yet though. Q. Are there any future MMO's or multiplayer games you're interested in playing? A. Black Desert? There's honestly no other games that I've seen that interest me this year. Q. OSD is more than just a guild in a single game. We are a community of gamers that come together through the forums and Teamspeak. Do you plan on being active on the forums and use TS? What are your thoughts on using event calendars on the forums to coordinate guild events? A. I do plan to use TS, I've used it in many guilds. Although, I don't see myself being there 24/7. I'll always be on for events and maybe a couple of hours an night. Q. OSD has earned and prides itself on a reputation of respect, maturity and integrity. Please read the OSD CODE OF CONDUCT. If you violate any of these rules you jeopardize the reputation of our community and will face disciplinary action up to, and including, removal from this community. Do you understand, and agree with this rule? A. I agree. Q. We will never force you to participate in any activity or event that falls outside your playstyle of choice. However, from time to time, you may be asked to help the guild out if we are short on a particular role or just need to fill up an empty group spot. For example, if you happen to be a tank built character, and we need to fill out a raid spot with a tank, we may ask you to come along and help out the raid. Or if we happen to be outnumbered in a PvP battle, we may ask you to come help us bolster our numbers and even the playing field a little. What are your thoughts on this topic? A. I am joining a guild because I'm excited for guild activities and new things a guild can bring to my experience. Helping is just apart of being in a guild. Q. Pretend you are raiding with the guild and after the final boss fight an uber fantastic, stupendous, ultra rare, sparkly item drops. Who do you think should receive this item and why? A. Who ever I believe needs the item most. I wouldn't argue if an item dropped and it wasn't given to me. It's a game after all. They will drop again. Q. Is bacon awesome? What form does bacon manifest in your dreams? A. English Bacon is awesome, Yes, It is, Indeed.
