Thraxes invited me over to take a look after a few hours of good questing earlier today. - Why might you be interested in joining our community? I had a great time grouping with some members earlier and since I started playing DDO (<2 months ago) I have yet to find a solid guild to call home. - Have you been playing MMO's for a while or are you just getting started? Yeah, I've played lots. From UO to WoW, I've at least dipped into most MMOs out there. - Do you feel comfortable with the website and it's resources after having read the posts above this thread? Very good job on the website, very professional and clean. I have yet to view any resources, however. - What kind of character do you typically play? Tell us about your main character? I play them all. I prefer topping out DPS classes though. When I first start a new MMO I always make a melee/support character first (my 2 rogues). It's typically a simplistic roll to play in groups and let's me learn the new game from a laid back pov. After I learn the basics of how the groups work in the game I decide from there where I really want to be. My main is a lvl 11 (near 12) Drow Rogue rolled for utility/support. - Describe your style of gameplay. I am typically an aggressive player in all games I play, and a leader in most if not all. I prefer (right now) to plow up to highest level as fast as possible to get a better grasp on the end game. - What time of day do you typically play? How often? I play on a daily basis. I have a job where I really have nothing to do until called, so I play games, and get paid. (Bad thing is I have to log off unexpectedly at times) I typically will be on intermitently from 1:00pm-1:00am Pacific - Are you affiliated with any other guilds? Kind of. My main joined a lowbie guild @ level 3, but I have since to really see any of it's members actually online... Would be no problem to leave, considering I only know 1 member and I never see them online. - What are your characters names Aenima (11 Drow Rogue) Sinth (7 High Elf Rogue) Shok N' Awe (6 Drow Sorc) Synthetic Opiate (1 Drow Cleric)
Welcome Shok! Glad you had a positive experience partying with Thraxes. Gotta quick question, you mentioned you liked to plow up to the highest level as fast as possible, do you also enjoy the groups/quests that are a little slower paced?
Definately, I have no problem taking my time and getting things completed fully, or reading storyline. By plowing up, I mean try not to waste time fooling around, and just go straight for top XP. Favor / Items / Etc. Are secondary to me. ^ Also that typically goes for my first character. My second characters I take more time with to get the full experience the game has to offer.
hey, anybody that endures a session with ME as the cleric and still enjoys DDO has got top marks in my book. welcome to our folds, bro.
also, since i haven't seen anyone else mention it (barring ninja posts) if you don't mind, hit the user CP up top next to the home tab, and edit your signature to include your characters' names. It helps us to keep track of who you are when you switch between characters.
i am glad you made it and posted well. it was great running with ya and stuck through the hard parts where most would have said forget it!! your a good player and can joke with the best of us!!
Most likely not. I'm usually pretty damn loyal when it comes to guilds (as long as theres actually people to play); I'm not one of those 15 year old kids who doesn't know what they want an changes guild tags like socks. You guys seem like a fun and mature group, I dont see anything that would want to make me leave.

Welcome Shok, TR was a blast yesterday, and you did quite well in my book. I have a pretty open schedule myself most days, so I'm usually online in one form or another if you need help with a quest. Don't ask me mechanics though, since I just came back after a long break, I don't know the game anymore.
Yes TR was fun, as when I left I was the scapegoat and laughing stock of the group lmao, but we finished it anyways. Its good to see you came to the site and welcome to the guild, btw after the run i got my behind wooped by thraxes a couple different times in the tavern brawl arena, too bad you couldnt stay any longer it was fun
