Q: What brought you to our website? If it was another site, please let us know where you heard of us.

A: I was in game helped someone out with a quick quest and was directed to the wildstar recruitment forums which in turn lead me here.

Q: This recruitment process is a great opportunity to get to know you a little bit. Please tell us a little about yourself personally and add in your past MMO experience.

A:Very easy going, I try not to take anything too seriously. i like to play the game as a game and not to make everything overly too serious. I have played WoW, Rift, GW2, ESO, Wildstar. (might be others but cant remember them)

Q: What time of day do you typically play? How often?

A: I normally play after work for a bit. 3pm EST till around 10pm EST. As often as i can.

Q: What kind of character do you typically play? Tell us about your main character, and please list any alts that you will be bringing into the guild as well.

A:I normally start every game i play as a tank and then after i get him maxed out i roll an alt healer. For wildstar i have done the opposite I have started as a Spellslinger healer and have an alt of a stalker tank.

Q: Are you affiliated with any other guilds?

    A: No

Q: What is it you're looking for in a guild? Why do you want to join OSD? How do you think you can best help this community? How can this community best help you?

A:I am looking for a place i fit in. somewhere that i can assist in as many aspects that i can. I am a big believer that anything that you can do to assist the guild helps yourself at the same time. A stronger guild is made by many not just one. I hope to help with everything that i can. I dont expect anything out of the community but anything that happens i wont complain about :D

Q: We require all new members to complete loyalty quests. These are really just fun things to do with the guild and it proves to us that you want to spend time with everyone (and other members will want to spend time with you). Most of these things you'll be doing regardless, so it's not something out of the ordinary, but they are exclusive to the guild. The loyalty quests are mandatory if you want to be promoted from Hatchling to Dragon. For full details on this check out our loyalty quests page. What do you think about this process?

A: The process is unique but i dont really know what i think about it until after the process is completed.

Q: We have found that guild members have a better gaming experience if they use the forums and the events calendar. This allows you to get game information and join you guildmates in-game as a group. Members should RSVP for scheduled events as their real life schedule permits. Creating events is good for the community and is encouraged whenever possible. What are your thoughts on this?

A: calendars are useful as long as people actually use them. its good to have the calendar but if not used then its useless. you all seem like you have everything figured out. its been awhile since i have used one but i can get back into using it.

Q: OSD is generally a "casual, do it all" guild, meaning we welcome players from all playstyles and don't limit our focus to one playstyle in particular. We welcome PvPers, PvEers, Roleplayers, Crafters, etc. For example, while we may offer weekly raids, we are not a hardcore raiding guild that requires you to raid 5 or 6 nights a week. We also do not consider any one playstyle to be more important than another, all members of OSD are equal. For example, a hardcore PvPer will never be considered "more valuable" to the guild than a casual Roleplayer would be. Are you okay with this? Any additional thoughts on this topic?

A: I am okay with this. I currenlty cannot confirm raiding 6 times a week but i will have to see how things go in the future. I will do as much as i can. I love pvp and pve so i will be doing everything that i can. If people need help with something i am just a question away from helping.

Q: With the previous question in mind...we will never force you to participate in any activity or event that falls outside your playstyle of choice. However, from time to time you may be asked to help the guild out if we are short on a particular role, or just need to fill up an empty group spot. For example, if you happen to be a tank built character, and we need to fill out a raid spot with a tank, we may ask you to come along and help out the raid. Or if we happen to be outnumbered in a PvP battle, we may ask you to come help us bolster our numbers and ven the playing field a little. Are you okay with this? Any additional thoughts on this topic?

A: I really dont enjoy doing DPS but if we were short a dps i would role that way if that would complete the group just wouldnt enjoy the time while i was there.

Q: If you violate any rules defined within the gaming EULA, or the OSD Code of Conduct you will face disciplinary action up to and including removal from this community. Do you understand and agree with this rule?

A: Yes. I am military and a rank structure that is afraid to follow through on their rules fail. thats just my though.

    Q: Is bacon awesome? Why?

A: Bacon makes everything taste better therefore it is awesome.

Hey CoreRed, thanks for applying :)

I've approved your permission and you're all set :)

Was great running with you earlier, I hope your experience with us won't be like the others *ahem* :)

We have a huge amount of info in our new member thread that we like to have all our new members check out, specifically for our Wildstar division.

As stated in the questionnaire, the loyalty quests are mandatory if you want to be promoted from Cupcake to Dragon. All the details are on the loyalty quests page.

As far as an in-game invite, look up Xanz, Balerathon, Greenmonk, Bubbajay, Izzy, Millie, or Malcolm.

If you're looking for something fun to do in Nexus, then check out the Wildstar calendar for weekly events (it's the "Calendar" drop down menu just below the OSD logo).

One last thing that we ask is that when you’re in the in-game guild, that you post your forum name (if it’s different from your character name) in the roster notes.
