OSD General Assembly Part Deux

There actually isn't an official leader of all of OSD...that's what my lawyer told me to say.

Also, any and all questions are at your disposal (just keep it clean, Firra =P).

The format will be that everyone but division leaders are muted and can request to talk. When we hit the Q&A section, people will request speaking privileges and will then be able to ask whatever they like*

*we reserve the right to move on to new questions at any time

 

Might I recommend that people submit questions/concerns beforehand so that if necessary, said division leads have some time to consider the answers accordingly?

 

That works too

Providing us questions in advance will greatly increase the likelihood that you will get a deeper answer.

Glad I voted in the survey, since I can actually make the meeting!

Oh to whom do I submit questions? Not that I have any, just curious.

Maybe we can have a generally unmoderated chat after the meeting since it's rare to get the various chat circles in the same place. People tend to stay rigidly within their various team speak online game areas generally.

I have always thought of the overall leader of OSD as a New Vegas House like figure or someone hiding in plain sight like in the 1994 neo noir movie

I'd say if you've got questions, just post 'em up here. We can sort out who's going to answer them and whether we go ahead and do it now, or if we answer them later. And if we answer here and somebody wants more clarification on TS, we can do that too.

Bah, I couldn't make it. My family and I went to my parent's house to watch some football and have Sunday dinner. Hopefully the meeting was recorded and gets posted. I'd like to listen during my lunch hour next week.

Was fun listening to all the divisions heads talk about their games and see people try new games for the first time and talk in meeting hall to people they generally hadn't had the chance to meet before.

I have often felt we do need a general meeting area for people to hang out in, perhaps not one located at the bottom of the team speak server. Should have brought that up for discussion during the meeting, just not sure of the practicality of it.

 

Sweet, it's been downloaded and I'll upload it to my ipod to listen to later on.

 

RL kicked me in the head the day of the meeting (i.e., migraine), but I was real glad to see the session posted and hear that the various divisions are doing well. Keep up the good work!
