New teamspeak server groups

In an effort to make a more secure server and give our members more capabilities, we'll be using server groups for all our members. What this means is every OSD member that uses teamspeak will need to be assigned their correct group before they can fully use the server.

To do this is simple - Log into teamspeak and ask any officer or division leader to give you the correct rank. Info on the ranks can be found here.

On Monday, November 10th, guests will no longer be able to leave the meeting hall without being dragged by an OSD member. If you have any questions about this change, either PM me or ask here.

 

But once this is done once for one division's group that same member can then hop into any other division chat room, right?

 

so i can get my correct groups i need to ask for what the server name is so i can log into it

Spiritouspath, get into the game. You application was on 10/29. I'll gladly get you permissions in TS after I can confirm and actually see you in game. In the meantime, We can drag you around if you are in TS.

 

yeah i'll be hopefully in the game around the 19th if my grandfather calculation is correct and no medical bill come up out of the blue then it be correct if not be some day lol

 

I believe he's received the TS full member yesterday already, so he can join the channel whenever

 

I logged onto TS3 today,but when I entered the server I could not access any other rooms. I kept getting insufficient permissions error messages. I also got the same messages when i tried to poke some one in a room. So would you please tell me what to do here. Thanks for your help!

 

You want to open a text chat with an officer or division leader to get the correct permissions. That being said, I already gave you them. You'll see a full member icon next to your name.

 

Sorry to be a bother.. I tried to text an officer in game but got no response.. Thanks again Vastiner for helping me out. I am sorry I did not see this thread.... I went into technical support.

 

Interested in getting moved to full member rank, but haven't been able to catch anyone when I've checked on TS. (Admittedly, not exactly stalking our TS to get it done.) I'm going to leave myself logged in to TS this morning in case I need to be logged in to get it done. I figured by posting here and leaving myself logged in to TS for a while, it might actually happen. Thanks!
