New Application

My name is John. I am interested in joining the ranks of your guild. I recently went on the "Key-Stone Cops" of all quest with your guild-mate "Brakken" and enjoyed his team work and play. I am 37 and in the military, and play when I can; recently, quite often. 8) I don't like logging into game and getting an instant invite to a guild. It seems to happen about 70% of the time with my main character. I like that you have made a process of becoming a member. That keeps the immature out.

I have five characters:

Ghostrider - 6th lvl Ranger/3rd Lvl Fighter (Main)
Freedom - 6th lvl Cleric
Patriot - 4th lvl sorcerer
Johnnybaz - 4th lvl Paladin
Delta - 3rd lvl Rogue

I have no problem being tested. Put me on your friends list and feel free to get me into a group and check me out anytime. (If it's East Threnal Part III, I am definitely in. Haven't accomplished a victory there yet).

Is it possible to view a list of your current active members so that I may find them in game for your assessment of me.

firstly, the short answer to your question is no.

at this point the only resource you have it the 'Members List'
this can be found as link on the left hand side...
though it shows all the members, it will no tell you all the active members, in game or out... this is something thats in the works

the best way for you to group with guildies easily is to find a sponsor... yes it is somewhat circular reasoning... but its not that bad

browse some of the posts here in this forum and write down a few names, typically those are active members, though we have many more active members that dont troll the Silver Gates...

once you find a sponsor, any officer (myself included), can invite you into the ingame guild, which will make grouping easier

be sure to read the stickies and announcements at the top of this forum and all their enclosed links (if you havent done so already)

now with all that out of the way...

I grouped with Johnnybaz today when he was playing "Freedom" his cleric alt. Solid, friendly, helpful, likeable and low-key.
I think he's a good fit with our guild and I would sponsor him.

Adeon - thanks for the kind words. I actually got to play with Adeon's Alt (Alluriana) by chance today. We were into chapter 4 of Tangleroot before I realized the guild tag. Likewise, Adeon was very professional and team oriented. I have yet to meet a bad seed in your group. Your recruiting guidelines work well. It will be an honor to be associated with your guild. South-central kentcky.

To the west I have munforville, to the east I have campbellsville, to the south I have greensburg, to the north I have hodgensville... Just naming the bigger cities.

If ya don't know any of those, some a little further away - Elizabethtown is to my far north, Columbia to my far south, Bowlinggreen to the far SW, and probally Lebanon to my far west...

And I live in the middle of nowhere... Dialup speeds of 26.4 / 24.6, no DSL, CABLE, or wireless, no normal tv cable even... Sooooo I play DDO on satellite (direcway, now known as HUghes.net I think. If you think you have lag - - just think of me and then be happy about your connection.

tonights quest

No fault to anybody but me, I have not been keeping track of the Dragons that I have been questing with. Since my application, I have played with three characters; Johnnybaz (paladin), Ghostrider (ranger/fighter), and Freedom (cleric). If any of you can remember doing something with me in last week, please voice your opinion of my play. thanks.
