May I join OSD?

What brought you to our site?
Well I have the trial addition of Dungoens & Dragons Online and my subscription is up now and I wanted to join a clan and found yours. (Also i need some help on this i have bought the game but when I download it, the files are corrupt and I have dowloaded it 3 times, any ideas?)

Why might you be interested in joining our community?
Well I have been in clans in other games I play and they have all been really good experiences and the one i am in now for other games I play I am one of the better and more respected members and I like the atmnosphere of clans and making new friends.

Have you been playing MMO's for a while or are you just getting started?
I played runescape for over 2 years and was getting bored of it so i decided to try DDO, and I have also played the PnP version of it buit was disinterested until the video game came out.

Do you feel comfortable with the website and it's resourcesadter having read the posts above this thread?
Yes I do it looks to be a very nice and organized site which always helps with managing a clan.

What kind of character do you typically play? Tell us about your main character.
In the games that I play I like to be a ranger and I like to have slashing weapons and my preferred weapon is a scimitar and the bow that I like is the longbow. My main character is still lvl 1, i am almost lvl 2 but my free trial is up and look above for more info about it, because the games is corrput when I am done downlaoding it.

Describe your style of gameplay....
Well I like to be the one who gets alot of the kills and does it with grace and passoon, I also like to be at the top of my game and beat all challengers and will work until I get to that point. I usually play during the weekends and sometimes during the week all around 2pm durin week and various times in the weekend.

What are your character names?
My characters name is Aromil Oakenheel.

What server are they on?(We pkay on Argonsson)
I also play on Argonnesson.

I would like to join OSD so that I can be in a clan that is friendly and where I can make friends and have a fun enjoyable time playing the game.

 

Also any help with the game would be nice so that I can begin to play with you if I am allowed to play the game. Again the problem is that once it is done saving from the internet when I go to download it the file says that it is corrupt and I have tried to download it on 3 different occasions.

 

welcome to osd! doubt i could help you with that problem though, someone in osd may be able to help, but i would go to the ddo support for help

actually it appears that i can not view that section because it isnt there because i am not in a member group yet, i will wait or get some help from the DDO support

you are part of an other clan as well...whats it called? I am guessing its for runescape?

About the download...corrupt how? What errors are you getting? (ie, crc error?)

you should have access to this link... it's public.

 

ok on ddo support it says if your download is corrupt, it was interupted, or blocked by a pop up blocker, firewall, or antispyware. just disable those and download it again

 

my other clan is for star wrs series that i play, i am almost a ldr there, and they do support runescape but noit many ppl play it

and it is the firewall thing

 

also u have a question and my ddo should be back up soon and thx for the help guys, do u have alot of events for people that are newbs and lol lvls like me?

also if u do could u notify me of them or are they all on the calender, and do we sign up or just go to it?

well normally we like to have some of the current ods members group with applicants before they are accepted....so just look around for us in-game (and we will look for you as well )
I dunno if you can acess the calender? maybe yndro or sook knows...i am sure they will pop in here soonish anyway

 

ya just try to find some of us around in game, maybe we could form a party a go adventuring

The corrupt thing happened to me too, just had to keep trying to download the game.

 

ok txh and i have i downlaoded it and i can open it now i need to open the autorun to get it all done

 

the off hour run is made by vra and he doesnt have any low lvl toons i am afraid

 

there is a low lvl thing today, if you can get to lvl 3 for tangleroot. its at 9
