Q. Which game(s) are you currently interested in playing with us, and do you currently have characters playing in game? If so what are their names? Which realm? Which platform? A. Black Desert Online. Several alts, but my main is my tamer, Dwahara (53). I also muck about as witch named Dwakasha (50) on occasion. Q. This is the getting to know you portion of the questionnaire. Please tell us a little about yourself. (Hobbies?Family? Pets? School? Work? Any super hero or super villain abilities, nefarious schemes we should know about?) A. Hmmm.... in order: Gaming & gadgets/Divorced no kids/Nope, I am barely responsible enough to take care of myself/LOL/Tax Assessor/Tax Assessor Q. Why do you want to join OSD? What is it you are looking for in a guild? How do you think you can best help this community? How can this community best help you? A. Big fan of the BDO, and am really trying to find the right fit to maximize the game enjoyment. Biggest thing I am looking for in a guild is activity. I log serveral hours during the week, so I can certainly contribute to guild tasks. Q - What led you to our website and ultimately to filling out this application? (Which friend? Website? In game ad? Psychic magnetism?) A. Friend, Blackcliff family Q. What is your typical game play schedule like? Please include times and time zones. A. CST. Weeknights are around 6 - 10/11. Weekends are usually confined to EVERY WAKING HOUR Q. What is the best game you have ever played and why? A. Ooooh, fun question. Computer game would probably be Star Wars Galaxies pre-CU, with Diablo 2 a damned close second. Q. What platforms do you usually game on? If not just a PC, which consoles? A. Just PC. Q. Tell us a little about your experience with MMOs. Which MMOs have you played and how long have you played for? A. SWG was my first pretty MMO, although I did mess around with MUDs a bit before that. I played until the combat upgrade destroyed it and then begrudgingly picked up WoW. Played it religiously through Wrath, semi-religiously through Pandatown, and then lost interest with Garrisoncraft. Along the way and since, I have stuck my toe in the water of just about every stinking MMO that has come down the pipe. Q. What is your favorite part of an MMO and why? (Leveling, PvP, raiding, community, roleplaying, crafting, achievements, exploration, etc) A. Escape. That's not on the list though... Probably the leveling/exploration is my favorite part of MMOs. Q. Are there any future MMO's or multiplayer games you're interested in playing? A. Star Citizen. Q. OSD is more than just a guild in a single game. We are a community of gamers that come together through the forums and Teamspeak. Do you plan on being active on the forums and use TS? What are your thoughts on using event calendars on the forums to coordinate guild events? A. Forums more-so than TS, but sure. LOVE everything about event calendars. Q. OSD has earned and prides itself on a reputation of respect, maturity and integrity. Please read the OSD CODE OF CONDUCT. If you violate any of these rules you jeopardize the reputation of our community and will face disciplinary action up to, and including, removal from this community. Do you understand, and agree with this rule? A. I do. Q. We will never force you to participate in any activity or event that falls outside your playstyle of choice. However, from time to time, you may be asked to help the guild out if we are short on a particular role or just need to fill up an empty group spot. For example, if you happen to be a tank built character, and we need to fill out a raid spot with a tank, we may ask you to come along and help out the raid. Or if we happen to be outnumbered in a PvP battle, we may ask you to come help us bolster our numbers and even the playing field a little. What are your thoughts on this topic? A. Sounds like what a guild should be - help when needed. Q. Pretend you are raiding with the guild and after the final boss fight an uber fantastic, stupendous, ultra rare, sparkly item drops. Who do you think should receive this item and why? A. I would hope that I don't even have to think about that because my super awesome guild officers are on top of it and have an awesome loot distribution system in place. If that isn't the case.... then I am a hunter and can use that /roll. Q. Is bacon awesome? What form does bacon manifest in your dreams? A. Yes. Similar to the cow scene in the restaurant at the end of the universe.
