Q. Which game(s) are you currently interested in playing with us, and do you currently have characters playing in game? If so what are their names? Which realm? Which platform? A. I'm currently only interested in playing Elder Scrolls Online, which I've been playing for a few months. I have characters in all three alliances of the NA megaserver, but I've only played more than a few ours on one which is Ma'ahdi of Ebonheart Pact. Q. This is the getting to know you portion of the questionnaire. Please tell us a little about yourself. (Hobbies?Family? Pets? School? Work? Any super hero or super villain abilities, nefarious schemes we should know about?) A. I'm a born and raised Coloradan living in NoCo with my girlfriend of four years, we have three fur babies and a red-tail boa. I work full time doing NTD work in the steel industry, outside of work I enjoy gaming, ice hockey, and airsoft. If I have any super abilities I'm not aware of them. Q. Why do you want to join OSD? What is it you are looking for in a guild? How do you think you can best help this community? How can this community best help you? A. I met a few members of OSD after following then around Imperial Sewers a few weeks ago, what I've experienced so far has be awesome. I've been seeking out a guild with fun, mature, interactive, helpful, and friendly players for a while. I believe I can help this community by showing the same hospitality and teamwork that members of OSD have shown me already. Q - What led you to our website and ultimately to filling out this application? (Which friend? Website? In game ad? Psychic magnetism?) A. It's slow at work and I remembered seeing a website in the guilds information section, so I google search it and here I am applying to be an official OSD member. Q. What is your typical game play schedule like? Please include times and time zones. A. I'm typically on during the weekends, mostly Saturday and Sunday nights between 6pm-6am MST (UTC -6). Fridays are a toss up, it just depends on work. Q. What is the best game you have ever played and why? A. I've played a lot of great games, ESO is obviously the best right now because I've always enjoyed the Elder Scrolls games but I couldn't find a MMO type game that I could really get into before. Runner up is Arma 3, I love the milsim aspect of it and the tons of other game modes players have added via mods. Q. What platforms do you usually game on? If not just a PC, which consoles? A. I mostly play on PC, I still have my awesome R2D2 xbox that friends and I split screen on once and a while but nothing online. Q. Tell us a little about your experience with MMOs. Which MMOs have you played and how long have you played for? A. I've always had a interest in MMOs but I've never really committed to one, Phantasy Star Online was my first but I felt to late to the game. I also played Guild Wars, but I just couldn't get hooked. So you can say my experience prior to ESO is jack. Q. What is your favorite part of an MMO and why? (Leveling, PvP, raiding, community, roleplaying, crafting, achievements, exploration, etc) A. My favorite part of an MMO is the ridiculous amount of stuff I can do, I really enjoy being able to play the same game for months/years and still having something to do that keeps my interest. Q. Are there any future MMO's or multiplayer games you're interested in playing? A. At the moment, I'm not interested in any other MMO or multiplayer games. Q. OSD is more than just a guild in a single game. We are a community of gamers that come together through the forums and Teamspeak. Do you plan on being active on the forums and use TS? What are your thoughts on using event calendars on the forums to coordinate guild events? A. I do plan on being active on the forums and TS, I think coordinated guild events sounds exciting and a good way to keep everyone together as whole. Q. OSD has earned and prides itself on a reputation of respect, maturity and integrity. Please read the OSD CODE OF CONDUCT. If you violate any of these rules you jeopardize the reputation of our community and will face disciplinary action up to, and including, removal from this community. Do you understand, and agree with this rule? A. I agree Q. We will never force you to participate in any activity or event that falls outside your playstyle of choice. However, from time to time, you may be asked to help the guild out if we are short on a particular role or just need to fill up an empty group spot. For example, if you happen to be a tank built character, and we need to fill out a raid spot with a tank, we may ask you to come along and help out the raid. Or if we happen to be outnumbered in a PvP battle, we may ask you to come help us bolster our numbers and even the playing field a little. What are your thoughts on this topic? A. I'll always do what I can do help the guild out. Q. Pretend you are raiding with the guild and after the final boss fight an uber fantastic, stupendous, ultra rare, sparkly item drops. Who do you think should receive this item and why? A. A guild member that's seeking that item, because if I scratch your back and you'll scratch mine. :awesome: Q. Is bacon awesome? What form does bacon manifest in your dreams? A. It's pretty tasty, but I don't dream about it.
