I read up on your guild and believe it is what I'm looking for in DDO. About me....29, father of 2 young boys. Formerly a Journalist, Web Designer (so obsolete now it's sad), shipper/reciever, call center manager, theatre promoter, retail clerk, the list goes on. I'm currently a stay at home dad since my wife's landed a job that pays well but takes up enough time that I can't hold down a job aswell (we don't believe in daycare, just a personal thing). I've played EQ for over 5 years, most of it in the high end raiding aspect (consistantly 2nd to 3rd guild on server). I've also played Anarchy Online, Lineage 2, and SWG. I play an average of 8 hrs a night, 4-5 nights a week (may drop a bit as I'm trying to get a Live Action Roleplaying Game set up here in Sudbury ontario atm). I'm a team player who "dislikes" dramaqueens in mmo's, and the mature aspect to this guild has really caught my attention. For a character, I will be playing Xilshale Jhaelian, an Aerenal elf. Cleric and undead slayer (I will be focusing Feats on Turning Undead). I played on the first Stress Test, will be on this one aswell (didn't preorder due to past falling outs with EB locally over EQ expansions and them selling my preorders on me when I pay in full up front). I'll be picking up the game the day it's released retail. Also, my wife will probably be casually playing DDO aswell as we've both grown tired of the endless grind/flag/catchup/grind some more of EQ. (oh, character history, stats, etc, linked in name in signature if anyone's bored)

Rock on! I wanna be a house dad too! lol. Funny how I was the bread winner and now her career is sky rocketing. I have a 2 year old son and we have one on the way. Going to be interesting what we do about day care. Im not a big fan of it either. Right now my job allows me to make my own schedule and I work 35 to 45 hours a week, mostly I make my schedule around her meetings. Anyhow glad to have you aboard. ---Goss
