Greetings, I am Quinn Deveron!

Greetings friends! I am Quinn Deveron: rogue, cutthroat, and general mercenary! I have submitted my application to join the fine ranks of this fine guild.

I've been playing MMORPGs since UO (EQ, DAOC, SWG, WOW, etc) and Im looking for a guild where I can really EXPERIENCE the great dungeons in this game, not just rush through them. I'm in my 30's and have a family, and this guild seems like a great fit for my interests.

I am planning on playing two characters:

Quinn Deveron - Human Rogue
Khade Deveron - Human Fighter (specializing in dual yeilding combat)

Hail friend...

What brings you our way?

Tell us about your jouney...

hear, hear!

a tale for an ale!

a fair trade if i so say so myself

Definatly a fair trade Yndro.

Welcome to the boards Deveron. I look forward to hearing of your adventures friend.

Indeed! I do believe you are the first cutthroat to land here hehe, i am excited to hear what sort of adventurous tales you can share with us!

Are you for hire? I'm looking for an assassin. Well, maybe, anyway. How quick do you like to take a quest?

here have an ale, but leave yur hands where I can see'em.

Welcome to the gates Have you had a chance to play the beta yet? What could you bring to our guild that would help us out in the long run? Take care.

I'm interested in hearing more about this dual yielding combat...

explain please.

My apologies friends. I have been out of town on.....business. My services are always available....for a price. I prefer stealth to outright bloodshed, whenever possible. Stormguard is the perfect place for my services. New, exciting, and hopefully with less testy town guards

OOC:

Currently I am looking at the following for my human rogue:

Str 14
Dex 15
Con 10
Int 16
Wis 10
Cha 10

Starting feats: 2 Weapon fighting and dodge.

In real life I am an old time DnD gamer. I havent played DnD in years, but miss the feel of a REAL rogue. I've played a number of MMOs and I am looking for a solid mature guild where I can enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of the dungeons in the game. I have found groups that rush through dungeons...less enjoyable. I travel somewhat, so most of my available game time is during the week nights and Sat/Sun night.

Looks like you and I have similar schedules... I do a ton of weekly travel.

Yes indeed. I am out of town primarily on Friday and Saturdays, some Thursdays. I'm extremely excited about this game. The FEEL of it is different than any other MMORPG out there. Stealth and covertness in the game are wonderful. Jumping, climbing, swimming, tumbling, its all awesome.

I've read through your membership information (voting and ranking). How many members will the order have at launch? What kinds of classes are you seeing so far? I saw mention that no other rogues have applied thus far.

Well... we presently have 99 members within the guild...lol Hence our caution taking on new members.

Classes are rather diverse.

It's quite a comfortable community we have here...

I completely understand. Is there anything I can do to help in my application process?

Pray tell friend have you tryed the beta yet? I assume so, but if you are currently in beta please give us the info of what server you are on and we can run around a night. We are presently on Kundarik for the free days that were given out this week.

The best thing to do is to just post in threads your opinions and thoughts on subjects we are discussing. Ask any questions that may come to you. Share a tale w/ everyone thats seems to be rather popular. Well that and drinking.

Indeed, I am on that server as well. I have a level 1.2 Rogue on that server. I played through one 10 day beta pass, and I have an additional pass ready once the stress test is over. I've played one rogue up to level 2 so far.

ahhh a fellow fan of the MMO Welcome aboard!

It always helps in the application if you mention how cool sempiternal is
...
......
no it doesnt really but if you feel like it
go ahead :?

im so lonely

Sempiternal is by far the most noble and valiant of warriors. I have heard many a tale of his greatness and am humbled to be in his very presence. Words cannot describe the wonder of the sight of his wondefulness
