Ahh I see what happened.... Looks like Syrbryce accepted your "Citizenship" access already. I'm not seeing your AoC Guild request however. Maybe by mistake he denied that request (wrong button)... can you reapply? Sorry about that. =(
Unfortunately the button I have to check before I make my request has been replaced with the message I posted earlier, that my request had been made already... is there someway to reset my groups?
Awesome. I appreciate the effort, I'm looking forward to beginning my quest towards Vassal and proudly wearing the name of the Order.
You will be a brother in no time. When you have access feel free to take a look at the trader. Our Dragons and our Allies have many wonderful wards that can be made. Our crafters will can make these items to help you on your journey to 80. Just provide the material.
Well I have a little more access now. I can look at the calender and some other resources, but on my group membership page I am still not a member of the guild group. I tried rostering my character, but I didn't have access.
Hrm, strange. Sook I am sure will look into it once again. I just read your sig and saw it as: Drynwyn Bear Shaman lvl: FLATULATING :0 I was like, yeah, Bear fart, I can see that happening..... LMAO
I just finished the Pyramid of the Ancients dungeon solo... I gotta say, that may have been the most fun I have ever had questing solo in an MMO. I think I love this game.
Get into our Vent... I'll set you up ingame and walk you through any final touches. Tomorrow would be ideal.
Sounds good, is there somewhere I can get the vent info or could you PM it to me? Still limited site access and no guild group membership so I can't access the vent info page.
The Vassal Journey of Drynwyn Brothers! I am honored to be accepted into your Order! Listen to my tale and know that every step I take from now on, is a step for the Order of the Silver Dragons! I am accepted. Lord Sook has taken me in from the cold. I could no longer stand the stares of cold-hearted brethren. I am Cimmerian, and yet I share none of the joylessness of my people. I am at peace. The spirit of the mighty animals, the powers of nature were my only friends and allies. But now, I am finally at peace among men as well. I am home. "Brother, make your way to our great city of D'rakke Hus. Take comfort in your new homeland" I bow before Sook, a man I respect for his kindness towards me. He is a man like no other I have met. He honors others that are not of his blood as brothers. I stand before the great city, in awe. Never have I been a part of such a fortress. Even amidst all of the creations of man, I find a place of nature. A tear runs down my face. The first tear of joy of my life. I am home. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "So the Pict says, 'It's not the size, its how you wield it!'" Roarous laughter in the halls of my new home. The joke was one I had heard before, but I couldn't help but get caught up in the laughter as well. "Well said, brother! Well said indeed." One of my new brothers raises his stein of mead in salute to the joker. "So Drynwyn, have you any tales to tell of your life before the guild?" "Tales? Well, I suppose I can try, though I doubt I could top that." I think back to one of my first great adventures in Cimmeria. "When traveling through the great Valley called Conall's Valley a man approached me on the outskirts of the battlefront village. Decked in silks and trinkets, a pedler or blackmarket trader by the looks of him. 'Friend!' He declared. 'You look like a man who knows the value of coin!' 'Coin holds no value to me, merchant.' 'Well, if not coin, perhaps adventure?' I would have walked on but for the look in his eyes. Under the greed, burried away, was terror. I was intrigued. 'What would you ask of me, collect some trinket for you to pawn?' 'Not a trinket excactly, but worth much none the less. I have a interesting request from one of my buyers. He requires the pelt of a beast. I will not lie, this beast is no ordinary animal or apperation. It walks like a man, though more than twice his size. He gave me a scrawled map of where the beast made its lair. 'I know coin does not interest you, but ridding the world of such a beast would be a great tale indeed.' 'Very well, merchant, I will find your beast and return to you its pelt.' "I set off the next day at dawn, climbing through the mountains. For two days I tracked the beast, following the bones and entrails of its kills. By the size of its prey the merchant was not exaggerating. The beast would be a great challenge. "Finally after fighting through several large spider creatures I came upon the beast. "It stood over me, nearly twenty feet tall, a club the size of an ash tree in its hand. The beast spotted me and swung its great club. I feighnted to the left, but the club grazed my shoulder, to this day I still carry the scar." "I swung my mace at the creature's arm, blood showered my face. The creature roared in rage and stomped at me with its massive feet. I struck twice more, crushing the creatures kneecap with a gruesome crack. The creature fell to the ground in anguish. I leaped onto its back and delivered the final blow to its massive head, shattering its toothy jaw and driving the life from its eyes. "It was done. The beast was great indeed, but I had killed it. I drew my skinning knife and began to pelt the beast. "Behind me I heard the sound of heavy breathing in the snow stung air. I dropped my knife and turned, before me stood not one, but four more of the great beasts. The largest of them had a pelt of thick fur, clearly the alpha of the group. This was my beast, the other was only a pup. "The battle was difficult, my brothers. Harder than any I had ever fought before, but when the blood had settled on the snow covered mountain top, every beast lay dead, and the Alpha skinned. I cursed the merchant every step of the way down the mountain carrying that stinking pelt." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "A great tale, Drynwyn, a foul beast was rid of the world, cheers to the slayer of the Yeti!" My brothers raise their cups to me in honor. I am reminded of my journey's through the deserts of Stygia, the only other time I have been toasted. I stood before the great Black Castle. I had entered it once already, but found that the horrors within were too much for me to handle alone. I was about to leave the beasts to thier devices when several Stygians approached me. They were also interested in slaying the beasts within and we aggreed that we could keep from killing each other long enough to raid this dungeon together. By the end of the fights we had become comrades in arms. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I hope that my journey towards Vassal will soon be complete, but my Journey to aid the guild will never stop. Untill we meet again brothers, may your blades taste the blood of your enemies, may nature watch over you. - Drynwyn.
