I hope everyone had a great time on the "surprise" Stress Test. We were able to "try" some very interesting ideas out that have been tossed around. Worked like a darn charm. Nothing funnier than a PUG Zerg that isn't working cohesively turn to attack 5 guys that are "nipping" at them. Just to have a surprise of 4 5-man teams awaiting them to come into our party of hell. Crikey, this will be a ton of fun when our guilds can and will be able to coordinate and raise some living hell on WvWvW. Also chatted with some of the WvWvW officers of The Guardians in our Vent. They seemed to be receptive of working with Bedlam and they and OSD have a great relationship already. I would like to think, that after they work with us in coordination with OSD, they will be complete the Triumvirate of Terror on Isle of Janthir.
So, I'm WAY late to the "Welcome Bedlam!" party, but better late than never. I think this would be an, ahem..., killer idea. :biggrin: Coordination is a must for WvW, esp amongst IoJ guilds. So, greetz and hai. Will keep eyes out for the Bedlam crewe in WvW and try to steal your tactics!

Well my OSD friends, looks like Bedlam will be fielding 4-5 squads this weekend or so. Guild members of Bedlam are already in the 40-50 level range and MOST of the rest are in the 30's, so this weekend Da' Bad Guys will be bringing on the pain upon the other servers. Looking forward to chatting/working/seeing all of the wonderful members of OSD in the WvWvW environment.

Tonight we have a large group that will be entering the WvW Battlegrounds at 8:00am EDT. We wanted to help get everyone into the Battlegrounds whom just wanted to play WvW and have FUN! So its not organized with no real assault plan. We're going to go in, take a supply camp, leave support there, then move to take a Keep and hold it for an hour or so. Player levels will probably be low-mid levels. Bedlam is welcome to work with us towards any WvW goal for the evening. This is a 'lets-get-out-there' style event with no real structure imposed on it for this session. In order to ensure our safety, we will be grouped together in a massiver 'ZERG' to allow us to move around the WvW Battlegrounds and learn the aspects of WvW. NOTE: Please queue up for this event in WvW at least 1 Hour prior to start, so at 7:00pm EDT! As well, this event only works with large numbers. If we don't have a large force, then the event doesn't entirely work. So far we have a sufficient force so this should be good. WvW Queue Time: 7:00pm EDT Action Start Time: 8:00pm EDT Location: We will be meeting up in the Isle of Janthir entrance point for the Battlegrounds.
FYI, i'm suddenly having 'email authentication issues' with getting into the game (can't login unless authenticate ip via email, but no email received). As of now I cannot get into game. While i sort this out, and with the potential that I can't be in-game, Griffiud, one of our PvP maestros, will take the lead for this event.
Wanted to see if OSD has any "days/times" that they are thinking of getting a bunch of their players into WvWvW during the upcoming week.
I'll let Kenjamin give the "official" response, but we have it on Guild Calendar that Mondays/Tuesdays from 8pm-12am EST is WvW recurring/regular time slot. So, we're slotted for tonight. Also, a "less formal/organized" WvW night is Fridays from 9pm-12am EST. FWIW.
Thanks, Rhorr! Hi again Tony. I've been so engrossed in the game I haven't been on the forums this past week. But, I'm back now. Mondays and Tuesdays are my main day for leading. However, we're WvWing at a lot of random times as a guild. Look me up in game Kenjamin and lets organize some raids. As Klobber mentioned, Monday & Tuesday from 5pm (PST) until whenever. I've made it a pretty loose schedule.
No worries my friends, Currently we SHOULD have 4 guild "including OSD" running in WvWvW tonight. Kyuzo from The Guardians has my Vent info, and I am trying to coordinate the guilds, to be as much on the same page as possible. With OSD and TG Guilds together...this SHOULD be an epic night IMO. Bedlam will be running teams out...supporting you guys all night, and we are literally going to be running/causing as much interference as possible to support you guys. I want Dreaming Bay. So, be prepared to capture the "green" supply camp south of it, and hold off reinforcements from the southern re-spawners. We'll come in from the north and attack. If we control DB, then same thing on the Eth side. If we control both..... I'll come up with something else. Once we capture and defend Dreaming Bay. I want an alliance Pool Party out front of the keep, at the docks. haha!
Not gonna lie, last night...it was literally a GREAT WvWvW night for everyone. 4 guilds working together...with little "prior" pre-planning, controlled the ENTIRE eastern side of our map. With a total force of AROUND 60ish people...that was quite impressive indeed! Thank you OSD, you guys literally came in like the Calvary RIGHT at the right time where we needed you most and there is NO doubt, that you guys were playin' for keeps last night. It was a GREAT night for everyone and we look forward to more guilds, more members all joining in on this machine of destruction that we have.
Allied Guilds are going to do some WvWvW rampaging again tonight...in attempts to knock out some more teamwork and such together. Also, going to get some of the WvWvW Officers/Leaders onto 1 Voice Chat, so we can better coordinate and try to lock down a few things. Probably will NOT the Borderlands from last night...as we want to try something "new" tonight. If any OSD want to come out to "play" we would love to have ya. I can PM Kenjamin the info or if I see him in-game, I will pass the info to him.
Hey Tony. Great job last night. I know we didn't have the easiest time staying together, but both our groups captured a lot of points and killed way more invaders than they killed us. Tonight, I can't GW2 until after 8:30 PST. However, we'll probably have people playing WvW today, so please coordinate through Daessi, Yassa, or Griffiud to see where OSD people are, and hopefully we can get you a small attachment of troops to assist in your captures.
