A: I am a former member of Bad Wolves, and after hearing about the move, I made the choice to actually join your lovely community. ♪ Q2: Do you plan to primarily Play FFXIV on a PS3 or PC? A: PC... master race! ♥ Q3: What's your In Game Character Name? A: Azura Nevara. Q4: What kind of characters do you typically play or what roles are you attracted to the most? (Tanks, DPS, Healers). What is your Current Primary Job on your Main Character? A: I play a DPS (Bard) and a healer (Scholar) at level 50. I may level a tank one day... we'll see. My primary is Bard. Q5: Have you been playing MMO's for a while or are you just getting started? If you have played other MMOs, which specific ones have you played? What is your favorite part of a MMO? (Leveling, PvP, Raiding, Crafting, Achievements, etc) A: FFXIV is really my first MMO. ♥ My favourite part of MMOs is raiding and the social aspect. Q6: Have you been affiliated with any other Free Companies (Guilds) on Diabolos? If so, which ones. A: I am a former member of the Bad Wolves community. I left due to personal reasons, but rest assured that I have nothing but good intentions here! Q7: This recruitment process requires that we get to know you a little bit. Please tell us a little about yourself and how old are you. A: I'm a whimsical singer and writer with a knack for computers. If I told you my age, you'd not believe it, so I generally just say that I'm 12. Don't worry; I'll misbehave in a perfectly acceptable way. Q: We have found that guild members have a better gaming experience if they use the forums. This allows you to get game information and join guildies in events as your real life time permits. Do you intend on being active on our website forums? A: I will talk until you beg me to stop. And you just might. Q: Once you learn how, we would like you to create events or RSVP for other scheduled events as your real life schedule permits. What are your thoughts on this? A: I'll do what I can. I love organising things. ♪ Q: We expect all members to submit and update their characters in our website roster. Are you okay with this? After reading the above content, why do you think it might be important? A: Sure, no problem! I love stal-- checking up on fellow members. I don't mind if others do the same. Should make organising things easier, too. Q: If you violate any rules defined within the gaming EULA, you will face disciplinary action up to and including removal from this community. Do you understand, and agree with this rule? A: I'm naughty, but I'm not a cheater. ♥ I understand and agree. Q: OSD uses Ventrillo. Our FFXIV Alliance also has access to a very large TeamSpeak Server. Are you familiar with these program? While it is not required that members be in vent/ts while in the game, it will be required when Raiding / End Game and encouraged for regular dungeons. You don't have to speak, just listen. Just having everyone interact will make the run more enjoyable. What are your feelings on this? A: I'm already on TeamSpeak! A few of you may know me already. ♥ Q: What time of day do you typically play? How often? A: Generally evenings, but I could show up at literally any time of the day. That includes 4 AM in the morning. Q: We will be on the Diabolos Server. Does that match your Server Plans? A: Yes, unless I've been lied to, and I'm a member of a Silver Dragons clone. Q: How do you think you can best help this community? How can this community best help you? A: I love to help people and just enjoy socialising. I am home most of the time due to illness, and I derive a lot of joy from having fun with people in games. I try to be a friend to anyone I can, and I am fairly good at what I do. (I think?) I have a lot of creativity and patience, and I just love people. I also love trolling, but I won't be mean to anyone. Much. ♥ Q: OSD is generally a "casual, do it all" guild, meaning we welcome players from all playstyles and don't limit our focus to one playstyle in particular. We welcome PvPers, PvEers, Raiders, Roleplayers, Crafters, etc. For example, while we may offer weekly dungeon runs and/or raids, we are not a hardcore raiding guild that requires you to participate 5 or 6 nights a week. We also do not consider any one playstyle to be more important than another, all members of OSD are equal. For example, a hardcore PvPer or Raider will never be considered "more valuable" to the than a casual Roleplayer would be. Are you okay with this? Any additional thoughts on this topic? A: I know how awesome I am. I also, however, know how awesome everyone else is. So... I have no objections to this mindset. ♪ Hope we all get along well! Hehe ♥
Fun Application. Glad to have you with us. Just approved you for full forum Access here so feel free to explore and look around. We had our first OSD CON last year and there always seems to be something going on. Regarding BAD and OSD, It might be more accurate to just say that as Brother/Sister Communities we will be having more cross over games moving forward. I see both communities to be in the gaming business for quite some time. Very happy to have you with us. Any Questions, let myself or one of my officer know. If you do have an interest in ANY of the other gaming divisions here, just post something in their forum section and they will get you a Guild Invite into that game if you decide to play - you wont have to fill out any more applications.
