Q. Which game(s) are you currently interested in playing with us, and do you currently have characters playing in game? If so what are their names? Which realm? Which platform? A. I am currently only playing ESO, character's name is Drexaan Q. This is the getting to know you portion of the questionnaire. Please tell us a little about yourself. (Hobbies?Family? Pets? School? Work? Any super hero or super villain abilities, nefarious schemes we should know about?) A. I graduated from college two years ago and have worked a few different jobs since, still trying to find something that has to do with my major. My main hobby is really just gaming, I love video games. Q. Why do you want to join OSD? What is it you are looking for in a guild? How do you think you can best help this community? How can this community best help you? A. I'm new to ESO and was looking for a cool guild to join. Q - What lead you to our website and ultimately to filling out this application? (Which Friend? Website? In game ad? Psychic Magnetism?) A. I saw a guild recruitment ad in game and asked if I could join, so here I am . Q. What is your typical game play schedule like? Please include Times and Time zones. A. I am currently unemployed so I play all times of the day, I am in CST. Q. What is the best game you have ever played and why? A. Legend of Zelda, ocarina of time to be more specific but any of them really. This is my favorite game series, I love the feel of the games. Q. What platforms do you usually game on? If not just a PC, which consoles? A. I play games on console and PC, I have them all. (I spend far to much money on games) Q. Tell us a little about your experience with MMOs. Which MMOs have you played and how long have you played for? A. I started playing MMO's back in 2007 with Guild Wars and then moved to WoW about a year later. I have played just about all of them that have released since then. Q. What is your favorite part of a MMO and why? (Leveling, PvP, Raiding, Community, Roleplaying, Crafting, Achievements, Exploration, etc) A. I love running around in big open worlds. Q. Are there any future MMO's or multiplayer games you're interested in playing? A. Theres a cool MMO coming out called Crowfall that I backed on Kickstarted, it looks like it might be awesome. Q. OSD is more than just a guild in a single game. We are a community of gamers that come together through the forums and Teamspeak. Do you plan on being active on the forums and use TS? What are your thoughts on using event calendars on the forums to coordinate guild events? A. I do plan to be active on both the forums and TS. I think it makes it a whole lot easier to know about guild events when posted on a site and not just in game. Q. OSD has earned and prides itself on a reputation of respect, maturity and integrity. Please read the OSD CODE OF CONDUCT. If you violate any of these rules you jeopardize the reputation of our community and will face disciplinary action up to, and including, removal from this community. Do you understand, and agree with this rule? A. I understand and agree. Q. We will never force you to participate in any activity or event that falls outside your playstyle of choice. However, from time to time, you may be asked to help the guild out if we are short on a particular role or just need to fill up an empty group spot. For example, if you happen to be a tank built character, and we need to fill out a raid spot with a tank, we may ask you to come along and help out the raid. Or if we happen to be outnumbered in a PvP battle, we may ask you to come help us bolster our numbers and even the playing field a little. What are your thoughts on this topic? A. I have no issues with helping the guild, if you ask I will be there. Q. Pretend you are raiding with the guild and after the final boss fight an uber fantastic, stupendous, ultra rare, sparkly item drops. Who do you think should receive this item and why? A. Whoever needs to upgrade the most, raiding is a team effort and if a piece of loot helps a certain person more then others then it should go to them, which in turn helps the raid. Q. Is bacon awesome? What form does bacon manifest in your dreams? A.Bacon might literally be the greatest thing of all time.
Hey Drexaan, Great intro. You seem like you'll fit in well here in OSD. I have not yet heard of Crowfall, though I wouldn't be surprised if others around the community have. I have approved your permissions. You now have full access to the forums. HERE is link to help you navigate the ESO Division, including the Event Calendar and TS, etc.
Welcome to the Order! I've seen some things on Crowfall. I'm totally sold on it yet, but it's still early...
