War & Nykon I should have guessed you two would be watching for my return. I left Stormreach to join some companions on their way to another land. Telon was exciting and huge, but very soon it lost its hold and I moved on. I was leader of a mottly crew, by default, and most soon found homes in other places. I visited the barbaric lands of Hyboria for a very short period of time, but found no welcome there. It was disasterous and I took many wounds there. Lately, I have been passing through Azeroth as a son from long ago returned to me and asked me to visit him. But, I am caged and restless and looking for my true companions. I do not know when my ship will leave. OOC - I have held 3 different jobs since leaving the gaming world. I have written a book that is currently in editing and may, I pray, be published soon (6 months or so). I am currently working many hours and have few to spend in game. I am looking to spend those few precious hours with good companions. I am not opposed to returning to Hyboria, I'm not sure what server I am on.
hey Jes!, welcome back! really looking forward to seeing you ingame when you get it up and running - it'll mostly be in the weekends we are able to group up I think, playing from GMT+1 kinda borks playing with you guys on normal weeknights
Welcome Jesinia. Im not sure which game your coming back too, sounds like you have played both games our community is in atm. If you do log into DDO look for an OSD'r and will get you back into the ranks.
Well Jes, our OSD presence in DDO is kinda small, same with AOC. But If your can handle it, I say to try both games out again. Much has hcanged in Hyboria and much has been added/fixed/balanced. Stormreach got a DX10 makeover as well as a HUGE amount fo content adds and changes since you left. I do not play DDO anymore, AoC is my home now. In any events, I look forward to seeing you on the forums once more. Also, need to know what the title of the book is called and what its about, might pick it up if interesting ;-)
Thanks Xavros, War & Vra I'm not sure which game I will get to work on this PC. My laptop is ever in the shop (again). It's been there for 2 months now. This PC is giving me fits right now, too. I think the DVD/CD drive is bad and may ultimately have to download from the Internet (oh what a pain that will be). For now, I am testing waters. I don't mind a small presence anywhere, but I have been playing alone for many months now and it's kind of boring Anyway, thanks for the welcome back. I'll be checking the site occasionally. As far as my book goes, I think I will be Amazon kindle publishing it initially and seeing what kind of response I get. Then, will move to printed paper. But, you know, if you haven't checked out the kindle it is the most amazing little gadget. I will let you know when you can get your hands on my book. It is about 6 months from publishing though.

Welcome back to the Gates, Jesinia! I've only been with OSD about a year now, so your name is new to me, but I've been with DDO since Beta. As Donnie mentioned, DDO membership has gained some momentum lately and we've been having some lowby middlin' fun Myself, I've never adventured in Hyboria as having too many MMO's on one's plate is time-consuming as well as $$$. On top of that, I'm eagerly awaiting SW:tOR which should go beta by next year. So, DDO or AoC, welcome back to OSD. F'lar

Nice to see you at the gates again, been with OSD since about two or so weeks since ddo started. Name sounds familiar anyways if you decide to play AOC please give Khayman (main) or any of my alts a tell in game and I will be more then happy to help you. Dont play ddo to much anymore, but may play it from time to time.

Thank you for access. I have a little bad news in that we tried to rebuild my hubby's PC today and well, we blew the new motherboard so I have to go back and get another so there will be a small delay. I will get back to the store tomorrow and maybe have the think rebuilt by the end of the week. Wish me luck

DDO rocks AoC doesn't...hmm, Im sure there is something catchier that 'doesn't' I'll work on that... Us DDO guys have been working hard trying to rebuild after AoC came out and I gotta tell ya we've been doing a good job of it...we're not in full swing, far, far from it, but we're getting there. Sorry for the Delay It seems that AoC will not run on our computers now, at least not until I get my gaming PC back from the shop. My new little laptop and my husband's PC have Vista on them. So... I wait, I will be there soon, it is just a small delay. The ship will be fixed soon.
